New to POS; seeking advice/wisdom

Dear friends,

I reached the point in my career where I would like to set up a high sec POS. I was wondering if anyone had any advice or recommendations pertaining to:

(1) Control towers;
(2) Ideal structuers;
(3) Cost efficiencies;
(4) Defenses; and
(5) Management strategies.

POS management is an area of the game I do not have a ton of experience in, but am excited to enter and learn about.

1) Read
2) THEN Post

Seriously, Tau's epic thread on the subject should take care of most questions.
Other than that, I'd suggest that you do the following
1) Read
2) Decide what you need it for
3) Spreadsheet the mess out of it
4) Plan your logistics. If you fail to plan this, you better plan to fail
5) limit access to corpies
6) keep you head down

I can suggest Lady Patricia for pos fuel delivery anywhere in high-sec.

Always keep a spare month of fuel on hand.

If you're in caldari space, use a caldari tower, if Amarr space, Amarr tower - unless you specifically need huge amounts of PG/CPU. Then find the tower with the most of what you need.
