I have never said that there should be a revote. My point is that CCP ban is wrong in the first place.

If the person I voted in had done such an absolutely asinine thing, I would've had the intelligence to understand that he needs to be booted and that I made a mistake.

You apparently lack this intelligence.

should never of been banned, 1/6 of the total voters were for him. the people who never voted in the first place- it has nothing to do with you, in the same way you suggest "deal with it" so should the people that never voted, vote next time. not ***** and whine afterwards about something you don't like (i.e. as i am now) so if the b**chers can be represented now and not before i want my vote back as it counts for nothing

tbh i was dissapointed in him, untill he apologized and acted out of complete self-interest concerning the involved guy and concerning the position of chair, what came after that was a load of b*****ks from the un-informed community, people who never gave a t**s about the CSM before, never voted, and now claim to not want mittani as a representative, the backstabbing within the CSM, and CCP being week in the face of scary PR

learn to read, apparently you lack the intelligence :)

The victim responded. He hasn't formally accepted Mittani's apology.

Furthermore, Mittani resigned on his own accord. CCP didn't remove him from the CSM.

he resigned as chair, ccp banned him for 30days, which forfits his right to be there at all, that's what my problem is
also there have been many quotes from the dude about not caring, untill people started harassing him over this, that's the F**ked up part, people only started harassing him AFTER the big mouth forum warriors started to kick up s**t, well done to them for achieving nothing and being hollow in there butthurt when mittens became chair again

If Mittans was sincere he would have resigned straight away and not waited to be pushed.

He could have resigned had the enquiry and got his old job back

But he hung on

Standing in for Karn Dulake who was banned for saying bad words

who pushed him before he issued his apology and intent to resign ? no one did, the small delay was so he could talk it over with the rest of the CSM and CCP, a pretty smart consideration if you ask me

then CCP screwed him over anyway

No problem there bro ... just send me 500M ISK and I will use my influence with CCP to make sure you get your revote.

Once upon a time there was a wizard, who could turn votes into crucibles.

Then one day the wizard went to Iceland and got drunk, and accidentally whole ~constituency~

So strong was his drunken abracadabra, that ten thousand votes turned into a million tears.

This happend to a candidate I voted for on another CSM, I dealt with it.

Crakachunky wrote:
i voted for the best candidate, i don't trust anyone else to steer this game in the best direction it can go in

You voted for the best candidate at the time, after that he decided not to follow the rules, he got banned and thus cannot be CSM.
I voted for two other players, they decided to stick to the rules and are now active in the CSM (one of them might become chair now)

I guess its only funny when it happends to others, I am sure I can find a few choice reactions of goonswarm members and The Mittani on the banning of other CSM members and see what they had to say, I doubt it would prove constructive though.

thats brings up another thing, the EULA is stupidly vague when it comes to RL circumstances, would you of guessed that going to fanfest you'd become CCP's ***** ?
