Hello is the The Mittani still on the csm or has he resigns fully from the csm will he be the Chairman of the CSM or A member of the CSM and if so who will become the new Chairman

I've been selected as his replacement, but have grown too large to leave my bed without the assistance of a dozen firemen so I'm not sure how this will work out.
