As far as CCP is concerned, the only rules the CSM have to conform to out of game are the NDA.

Please establish a line, where elected CSM member gets a very special treatment. Is it exactly ~10058 ? Is the ~10057 sufficient as well ? Or we may settle at ~999 ? Or... ?
