New War Dec mechanics.

I can't seem to find the fanfest video where this is explained, and I am not seeing a dev blog.

So... With the new WD mechanics, will Dec Shield no longer be possible?

So how precisely will the Dec Sheild be prevented?
A corp can still join an alliance and leave it immediately, right?
So exactly how will that work?

Either the corp cannot join an alliance as long as it's deced or the wardec will stay with the corporation even if it leaves the alliance.

No need to worry about wardec mechanics, no need to worry about someone exploiting.

so GTFO where the problem happens and it won't happen anymore, cause the next best option would be for CCP to leave wardecs as it is and start selling Quafe scented ButthurtOops hemorrhoidal cream from the EVE online store. I bet CCP could make a killing of ointment by selling direct to the customers and including a T-shirt which says on the front "I play EVE and all I got was this lousy T-shirt" and back says "Yes, that is the scent of Quafe. Don't ask."
