Nailed to the Cross? Kicked off a cliff?

1. That Mitt guy apologized for his actions and realized the seriousness of what he did
2. He then equates a 30 day ban to being Nailed to a cross or Kicked off a cliff

If the analogy of eve banning him for 30 days equates to being "nailed to a cross" or being some religious martyr. What would his analogy be for what he did to that Wis guy

Mitt guy acknowledged what he did was awful. If a 30 ban = "religious martyr" or "kicked of a cliff?"

What would real life harassment , torment, email spamming, virus spamming, etc equate to?

I couldn't tell you, but considering the 'good guys' are now doing the same thing to him, I think its legit. He apologized, stepped down from office, and paid out something like ten billion isk directly to the guy he told people to blow up.

Now, we've got people calling for charges to be filed, permanent bans, Fanfest bans, and literally calling for blood, saying he deserves far worse than anything he suggested be done to that miner. This isn't about what he said at all. This is about years of impotent fury unleashed the second someone saw an opening. All the righteously indignant 'peace loving' high-sec hippies, of which I consider myself one (or did, anyway) are suddenly bloodthirsty savages who want nothing more than Mittani to lop off limbs in penance.

30 day ban, and he is going to blow up Jita for it. The fireworks are sure to be entertaining, but 30 days is not THAT big of a deal.

Yeah. He stepped up and apologized with out any external influence.

THEN

CCP stepped in and banned him, for something that happened outside of the game. It's CCP making a public gesture so they can separate themselves from any bad press or liability if that emo kid does do something stupid.

OP, you didn't even listen to the speech apparently since he literally said he was ok with the 30 day ban in it. Despite this you are parroting other information from it such as his feeling like he has been nailed to the cross to drag this smear further. Why am I not surprised?

What's he's upset about is being kicked from the CSM by CCP in spite of his apology and actions to make amends including resigning from the chairman position.
