i don't want ccp making my political decisions for me, mittens apologized to the guy, gave him all his ISK, apologized to the public, resigned as chair, and that was that. why was any more action warrented ? also those dev blogs we're a disgusting show of PR cowardice

i think i'm right in stating it's up to the victim to chose wether or not he wants to prosecute, which he's doesn't seem to be arsed about give the quotes that have been flying around, so what gives you the right ? you have non

i call for mittens back in CSM7

We do not want a revote we want the person we rightfully elected to CSM to actually be on the CSM.

You made a decision and the outcome didn't work out in your favour. That doesn't mean you get to choose again with different options. You have to live with the consequences.

You chose a candidate, that candidate did something to get themselves removed from their position, now the next in the line of succession will take his place.

My US history is a bit sketchy, but I don't recall there being new Presidential elections after Nixon left office.

I'm sure citizens of Germany would have said the same thing if hitler had been " asked" to step down. Your candidate screwed up, as some candidates tend to do.... he paid the price, as a representative of you; so now you pay the price.
