Horrible example, I think CONCORD is chasing you more out of disgust than anything else.

what i find funny here is that you think hi sec players are carebears and the fact we seem to earn 100's of millions a day i been playing for about 8 - 9 months now and never once have baught or even had enough to buy a plex yet that still isnt the point.

supposed carebears who are in hi-sec yeah we want a place were its easy so we can chill hang out get a laugh and ultimately just play a few hours here and there were a lot of us can only maybe put a few hours in a day. witch raises interesting question if only a few hours we dont put enough time in for plex and certianly not enough time to become lowsec or nullsec players.

and the vast majority that i know of dont have the islk for the plexes as being in hi sec aint that profitatble least not for the first year or 2 in the game so its counter productive to be attacking us ruining the game for us setting us back yet more isk ultimately stopping players playing and leaveing the game.

so i say if you wanna pvp ect why dont you go to your low sec and null sec witch is in actual fact designed for yahs and let the casual player or the player thats just on for a spot of mining or missioning play. or better still use the function of war fare provided and signing up to your respective armys and go at it between each other. or perhaps join the multiple pvp corp around eve such as rvb and go shoot each other through that.

Doing it wrong, train asap to Machariel and T2 autocannons, takes much less than 8-9 months, pull down huge bank blitzing L4s. Pick a good corp for a good LP conversion, no I won't give away mine.

potatoe leek soup

Ingredients

* 1 large or 2 small leeks, about 1 pound
* 2 bay leaves
* 20 black peppercorns
* 4 sprigs fresh thyme
* 2 tablespoons butter
* 2 strips bacon, chopped
* 1/2 cup dry white wine
* 5 cups chicken stock
* 1 to 1 1/4 pounds russet potatoes, diced
* 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
* 3/4 teaspoon white pepper
* 1/2 to 3/4 cup creme fraiche or heavy cream
* 2 tablespoons snipped chives

Directions

Trim the green portions of the leek and, using 2 of the largest and longest leaves, make a bouquet garni by folding the 2 leaves around the bay leaves, peppercorns and thyme. Tie into a package-shaped bundle with kitchen twine and set aside. (Alternately, tie 2 leek leaves, bay leaves, peppercorns and thyme together in a piece of cheesecloth.)

Using a sharp knife, halve the white part of the leek lengthwise and rinse well under cold running water to rid the leek of any sand. Slice thinly crosswise and set aside.

In a large soup pot over medium heat, melt the butter and add the bacon. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the bacon is very soft and has rendered most of its fat. Add the chopped leeks and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes. Add the wine and bring to a boil. Add the reserved bouquet garni, chicken stock, potatoes, salt and white pepper, and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are falling apart and the soup is very flavorful.

Remove the bouquet garni and, working in batches, puree the soup in a food processor or blender. (Alternately, if you own an immersion blender, puree the soup directly in the pot.) Stir in the creme fraiche and adjust the seasoning, if necessary. Serve immediately, with some of the snipped chives sprinkled over the top of each bowl of soup.

My main has been offline for barely a week and half and already so many changes that pirating has become more of a logistics problem than a carebear's problem.

What has happened? Really?

CCP nerfs pirates as much as possible. Why?

Because carebears complain. They cry. CCP counts their tears and feels bad for them.

Why not feel bad for the lack of intelligence used by the carebears?

Seriously. Lack of intelligence, being lazy, and wanting a cheap, easy way to make ISK with no risk what so ever (NPC enemies do NOT count as risk) is what CCP caters to now? Maybe always? How many carebears pay with a credit card? I'm pretty positive that the majority pay with in game bought Plexes.

I joined EVE for a reason. I joined it because it is NOT fair. It is like life. You drive a 2012 Escalade? You leave it unlocked? Oh damn, it was broken into and everything stolen. You don't deserve that for being an idiot and leaving it unlocked downtown. Please, let us make it up to you.

Screw that. I want to feel the pain of idiotic decisions. Even if I make them. It's a game. So what if my boat is violenced horribly? I'll buy another one. I made the mistake to lose it in the first place. I saw a blob of rookie ships take out a Tengu. It had double webs. Who's fault is that? I guarantee you most of you are asking "How did a Tengu with double webs lose to a blob of rookie ships?", and the answer is poor decision making.

If I wanted my hand held, I'd play WoW. Fly smart, play intelligently. Don't ruin my EVE by acting a fool.

Poor baby can't bully the carebears anymore?

It's not fair that your "pirating" is going to have risks in the future, isn't it?

Welcome to EVE.

Again how many hours do you play mate a few hours missioning a day wont do that much even if you can bltz a mission in 30 mins witch a lot you cant do but if you can then thats only 4 missions a day that take up all your play time so out of that and bounties maybe 20 mill tops a day so you barely cover a plex and all your doing is working for your plex not really chilling there are we ?

Italian Wedding Soup

Ingredients
Meatballs:

1 small onion, grated
1/3 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley
1 large egg
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 slice fresh white bread, crust trimmed, bread torn into small pieces
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
8 ounces ground beef
8 ounces ground pork
Freshly ground black pepper

Soup:

12 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1 pound curly endive, coarsely chopped (1 pound of escarole would be a good substitution)
2 large eggs
2 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan, plus extra for garnish
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

To make the meatballs: Stir the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl to blend. Stir in the cheese, beef and pork. Using 1 1/2 teaspoons for each, shape the meat mixture into 1-inch-diameter meatballs. Place on a baking sheet.

To make the soup: Bring the broth to a boil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs and curly endive and simmer until the meatballs are cooked through and the curly endive is tender, about 8 minutes. Whisk the eggs and cheese in a medium bowl to blend. Stir the soup in a circular motion. Gradually drizzle the egg mixture into the moving broth, stirring gently with a fork to form thin stands of egg, about 1 minute. Season the soup to taste with salt and pepper.

Ladle the soup into bowls and serve. Finish soup with parmesan cheese if desired.

Most of the missions that take you an hour and a half, take the top blitzers 5 minutes, or they reject it and take a blitzable mission instead. If you take half an hour on a mission, then you help keep the average completion time nice and high, which helps keep missions near LP cap rewards for blitzers. ie by sucking at being a bear, you help those that don't to make more isk.
