Please find a section in the EULA that states that you will be punished for actions outside of the game and the EVE official forums, and then find the references to people being asked to sign TOS/EULA agreements before being allowed into the building at fanfest. I'll wait.

Hear that sound? That's the sound of CCP adding in a clause that says they can change the TOS/EULA whenever and however they like.

C. User Content
The System may allow you to communicate information, such as by posting messages in chat rooms, on bulletin boards and other user-to-user areas (collectively, "User Content").
User Content that you cause to be communicated to the System may not (i) violate any statute, rule, regulation or law; (ii) infringe or violate the intellectual property, proprietary, privacy or publicity rights of any third party; (iii) be defamatory, indecent, obscene, child pornographic or harmful to minors;

Fanfest is a user-to-user area. It's a CCP event for EVE players broadcast by CCP to the EVE community via CCP's systems.

I was threatened with a ban for asking people to "boo" someone on the message board, that's not "in-game" either, but the EULA covers the usage of the message boards as part of the EVE ecosystem, which also covers EVE's fanfest.

You're welcome, didn't even have to wait too long either!

Why don't you do something for yourself for a change and FIND IT.

If i looked, i could probably find the line where they say they can suspend your account for whatever reason they feel like. Maybe i could find something about a code of conduct for the CSM that might disqualify someone from the CSM for their actions while representing the game. Regardless, don't think you want to see it, just want to vent in yet another thread about it.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

And the thinly veiled threat to unsub 3 accounts is the icing on this delicious cake!

All MMOs reserve the right to alter their TOS/EULA agreements. They do alter them on occassions.
