I used to play a small spaceship game called "Astro Empires". It's a crappy game, I know. You build a little empire and smash other peoples' empires and recycle them to fuel your own juggernaut. This one player pissed me off so much, I took my **** fleet and raped his empire. Both our fleets were wrecked, and I occupied his planets and he quit the game. Then someone came along and raped me and occupied my planets and I quit the game. The moral? Don't **** yourself over just to **** someone else over.

If anyone actually camps Jita, they are an idiot, who is trashing his own sec status and wasting millions of isk to do essentially nothing. The person who called for this (if it is true The Mittani did call for it), is the king of all idiots, who simply wants a big going away party to fuel his ego at the expense of his compatriots.

Burn Eden used to do ritual camps.

I won't fight for Jita. It's not on my priority list. If you find the systems I would fight for it will be evident. I have mathed it to around 1000 Ravens before I bankrupt and I will.

Oh and Mittani never made this call. It was another goon.

Eh, I don't see it that way. Part of the fun in having a sandbox is that you can explore new ways to play in it. YOu can dig a hole, or you can build a castle, or you can do one of those awesome sand-sculptures of someone's face, or you can pour gasoline on it and light it on fire while the other children cry because they can't play in the sand while it's burning.

You can bring a torch, you can bring an extinguisher, or you can sit on the park bench and cry. I'll be doing the latter, but I fully support the freedom of people who want to to the other two.

It would be grand if CCP allowed them to actually destroy Jita IV. Let's see the face of the game actually change based off this in the on-going saga of EVE Online.

CCP should have him unceremoniously removed immediately, and banned.

I've avoided Jita like the plague for literally years. Now there may be a reason to actually go there.

This will be amusing to watch. It will take a significant logistical commitment to "destroy" Jita. I wonder how other alliances will respond to a very reduced presence in Deklein?

Notice how the Goon presence on the forums has diminished since the "burn jita" campaign came out? methinks they're a'feared of us lowly pubbies...either that or they actually require sleep like normal human beings... ;) Goons, you give me a reason to keep playing EVE every time you open your mouths.
