It's a good question, since CCP actually asserted he violated the TOS/EULA can he still be in CSM ?!

It's over.

He apologized and stepped down as chairman.

He received a 30 day ban, and as a result forfeits his position on CSM 7.

In the context of how I interact with EVE, this is good enough for me.

Thanks. Honestly, I kinda like the thought of those guys being around. Spices things up a little. Stuff like that piqued my interest in the game in the first place. It's a sandbox after all. Big smile

As somebody like myself, who is in no way or have ever been involved with goonswarm, the mittani, or any other related matters, I can rightfully say I hate Darious III. It strikes me a little ridiculous as to how far hes taking this issue. Hes on the CSM for gods sakes, its not like represents the entirety of eve and CCP and every action they partake in has a diverse effect on the entire gaming community.

In B4 1,000 goon alts post support and make laughable accusations about something NDA something that was shown to be untrue and denied by Dev post.

PS This is but a minor defeat for Mittani, but the goonies are going to howl all night. Like music to my ears.



I agree, Mittani has no room in CSM. He is not sorry about what happened, i personaly don't want to hear about this individual ever again. Props Darius for taking the bull by the horns and saying what needed to be said. Selene you lost my vote too for defending him now and actively at fanfest :) keep it going.
