CCP did not make alex drunk, they did not make him wear his wiz hat, they did not make him be such a hateful **** toward a single person, they did not give him permission to try push someone to suicide by way of telling people on a live stream to go hunt the guy down.

no people, alex got drunk, alex thought it was funny to wear the hat, alex thought it was funny to take the total **** out of someone who has issues IRL.

we are all responsible for our actions, so is alex, but hey alex already knows this Roll a personal attack on a live stream outside of the game, way over the line and needs to be dealt with.

you can bet your ass if it was an employee of CCP he'd be already signing on the dole.

i'll be shocked if no action is taken.

If you really truly believe that The Mittani wanted The Wis to actually die in real life, you are pretty damn naive.

It was very clear that he urging people on to mock this player in game because he was using suicide as an ultimatum to stop the ganking going on against him and his fleet of macks.

What The MIttani said was distasteful, but was clearly made in a mocking manner.

His intent for the actual death of the Wis was no stronger than anyone saying 'Die in a Fire'.

Quite possible, and at the same time, it can also be that the mail was truth. How you react to the possibilities is the difference between harassment and it just being eve. We will look at what happened.

1. Think is lie, target and harass player more when they are doing what they can within mechanics and avoid. Shows not actually playing the evil goon roleplayer, but just do want to ruin somebody's game experience. Also means you are not concerned with if somebody actually is going through stress situation and plays eve for a place to chill.

2. Say sorry, this is eve. Don't trust anybody, tell em you are going to be attacking all ice miners in gal space, so leave gal space. is how you play eve. Sorry and bye. Yeah, player might complain and what not, but that is eve, if they have a problem, then they should contact ccp.

Difference is one is playing as an eve pirate. You are after the ships, the ice the highsec, the whatever. The other is you are after the player themself without an in game reason.

So you agree they need to Ban mittani.

I have a list of over 20 players who would also qualify for bans if Mittens is banned. Thats just from the last few weeks of my mails, if I look further back Im sure the tally of death threat issueing players will be far higher. If we permaban everyone who gives out death threats - worse than what mittens is accused of - there will be very few players left in null sec.

i have no idea of the timeline of the events and if alex was aware of this

all i know is , he could not be sure

the correct procedure woud be to report the mail

No, I'm saying that you simply have no proof. Interesting though how you continue to complain about some allegedly using the press against Mittani, completely ignoring the fact that he had no qualms in doing the same (and boasting about it) against CCP, when it suited his agenda.

What goes 'round comes 'round, my friend. The press is a fickle mistress. I guess Mittani is learning this the hard way. Hopefully CCP will have him learn the hard way the lesson about not behaving like an *** in public when representing a whole community.
