CCP,

I've had a few threads and posts not only locked but removed
entirely. My posts were not offensive, did not contain any foul
languge, and merely quoted official CCP policy verbatim.

If people are not permitted to voice their opinions here, then
folks will move elsewhere... what sort of publicity is that for Eve?

Right now I and others are here on the Eve forums only and
not taking this further to the other MMO community sites.
However, I can guarantee that those other community sites
would love to have us and our stories.

I understand this is a volatile situation and many people are
emotionally vested in the controversy. But the moderators
jobs of keeping the peace should not extend to censorship.
Especially one's ideas and opinions which fall within the
guidelines of said forum.

Use them.

Things have really gone downhill since ISD took on some of the workload, so I will give you a +1.

They aren't stopping you from expressing/voicing your opinions, they're just asking that you keep it in the two threads already open for this topic. It ain't hard. They do have good reasons for this. 1) It keeps the topic focused. It's harder to keep track of players opinions (both for other players and for CCP) if there are hundreds of topics opened about the same thing and 2) There are still other conversations going on and it's annoying to open GD and see 50 threads about the exact same thing with 2-3 pages each filling the front page.

They never aid you couldn't voice your opinion, they just asked that you stop creating multiple threads about it. If you're thread was deleted, repost it -in the appropriate area- Also, in before locked for discussing moderation.

I reported you for spamming the same message across several threads.
