Hi guys!

I wonder why there are no contracts avaliable on SiSi.

Is this suppost to be like that?

Because no-one bothers putting up contracts on SiSi, and it's been more than 14 days since the last replication?

Oh ofc :P

They are all there when mirror is happening but disappear after 2 weeks.

Too bad you cant put contracts to 3 months like a sell order. Perhaps this could be fixed to coming patches.

I can see a DEV cringing when reading this.

Do you have any idea how much additional load that would create?

Why would it be more work to put a "3 month" option when you create contracts?

Its only a timevariable isnt?

Im not into the DEV stuff so no, I dont know the additional load. I cant see how the server would die from it?

No, it is the amount of stored data.

Think of how many contracts there are right now. Imagine how many many many more there would be if not for the two week limit.

As another consideration, 90 day market orders can be modified/update depending on fluid market conditions. Not so with a 90 day contract. Mind you I'd love to have perpetual contracts but limited to corp or alliance. But alas, there are many useful things to want - not many in existence or even on the horizon. (Where's my personalized sales space from ambulation CCP!)
