It could be the most efficient way for some people. It would depend on the shape and size of their nostrils, thumbs, and fingers.

You should see my dual-boxing cyclones, I've never seen anyone else do anything like it. I've got a large cap transfer on both, and two emmission rigs. It's great for sleepers because they can run the large shield booster indefinitely without running out of power, since they won't both be running it at the same time anyway. Could probably tank a class 3 with those, but with a lot more dps than a couple of drakes, especially considering they each have a tractor beam and salvager as well.

a passive shield drake can tank class 3 anomalies solo without breaking a sweat while applying 400+ dps to beyond 60km. two drakes will always outgun two cyclones in a c3 (assuming equal SP pilots that is).

I should buy an Ishtar.

maybe it would help if you post a link to eveboard, so we can see what ship you can fly ?

Passive sheild tank Dominix with sentry drones. Just pull them in when the sleepers start shooting at them. Fit it with large 1200m projectile turrents for some extra dps.
Warden-long range
bouncer-mid range
Grade-short range
With tech 2 sentry drones you will chew through targets. Dont use none sentry drone the sleepers will take them out super fast but with a little attention you can clear lots of site with this.

Passive tanked Drake isnt bad either.

The Dominix is always, the answer the question doesnt matter!!!!!

You could just type my name into eveboard.

I'll have to try that. I'd probably use rails but who knows. I haven't played with sentry drones much, but I think they might be just the thing I need. The big problem with my cap transfer setup is the tiny range, so it's difficult to move around that way. If I had sentries and long-range weapons, I wouldn't have to chase anything hardly. Thanks!

The problem with rails on a passive shield tank domi is that they eat your cap and actually do less damage. Projectiles do more alpha and use no cap so they don't hurt you using them in wh and cap is a big issue in wh.

I use 2 passive tanked domi to run lvl 4 and they are pretty much amazing. It a poor mans rattlesnake.

I have an alt partner so I'm probably going with an active tank setup. But I might try passive tank dominix someday.

this is the fit if your interested i this is with hybird turrets i was wrong this actually puts out more dps and is cap stable if you go to passive resist mods. and has really no disadvantages in range. Actually I lied its not stable with passive resist mods.
