Nice toon, but too pricey for the amount of skills

It's very close to actual worth no matter what peeps are trying to get for their toons.

Make me an offer and ill decide from there. the charecter appraisel is crap crap crap i say again crap. The amount a charecter goes for is whatever a person is willing to spend. alot more goes into the price then just skills people charecter name for example. the exact race and tribe etc.... and how much you want the particular char. my char shows as 8.5 but I can tell you right now there is no way in hell a 40m sp pilot is going for anything less then 11b isk. Just my 2 cents
