Actually this is the only thing that is important. Yours, mine or anyone elses opinion on what should happen to him is irrelevant. The only thing that matters is the rules he has agreed to and if he has in anyway broken them. If he has then he gets the appropriate sanction which may not be banning him, if he hasn't then he gets no sanction what so ever.

You grab a bunch of mindless chickens, give them the weapons, tell them who touched your weenie, then turn around and walk away like nothing happened, keep trying to subvert the logic to your favour, in the end, I'm really appalled to some of the moral principles of many people post here, and the criteria duality they clearly show off.

I would start making analogies to terrorism but that would be just fueling your trolling.

I just hope the people in my country do keep the moral levels they have right now, at least I'm confident that my sons will have a better future.

Not at all, to be a murderer the event must have happened already. The 'Minority Report' dealt with preventing murder/crimes before they happened, so you would be a potential murderer. What he was answering clearly states murderer.

So he just gets charged with attempted murder. I'm sure he would feel better while rotting in a prison knowing that he was incompetent as well.

Any spelling, grammatical and punctuation errors are because frankly, I don't care!!

I'm not sure how things work in your country old chap but in the United Kingdom we have the ability to protest and call for the resignation of a politician who has dishonoured his position.

Were we to have a re-run of the CSM elections right now I am not convinced Alexander Gianturco would even be eligable to stand. You and I have no idea whether or not he has already (or will be) infracted for his behaviour at fanfest or would be allowed to run again given the misuse of position and trust displayed last weekend.

Though one might ask where Alexander Gianturco's power truly lays. Surely its in the gaming media since that was the weapon he used last year against CCP during monoclegate and has used consistantly for his alliance benefit and general propaganda throughout his reign. Does he still have that power or is it power turned against him now? Will the media darlings of the gaming constellation be as likely to seek the opinion of a drunken fratboy cyber-bully as they were the mysterious spymaster of new eden?

This doesn't change anything. He still owes you nothing. If this thread were never made, that fact would not change. You're putting the so-called "victim" on a stand and claiming to champion the wrongs perpetrated against them when they, in fact, simply don't give a ****. You keep skipping over that part, but you've been pretty good at that so far. Just be honest about it. You have an axe to grind with Mittens and then Goons by extension, so now you need to latch onto anything you can find to drag a real person through the ground as much as you possibly can in an effort to feel avenged for your space pixels or ehonor or whatever the hell it is that motivates your ire against people on the Internet. Nevermind that it is this exact witchhunt that is dragging EVE more and more into the negative limelight in the press.
