Which storyline agents give Shipyard Theft?

Is it possible to get this mission from any storyline agent still?

Or is it going to be offered only if your last 16 normal missions were combat missions (security etc)?


The reason I ask is because I dont want to waste my time belting through courier missions to get storylines quicker, if you can only get this mission if you have been doing combat missions.

I would appreciate someone shedding some light on this.

What division's missions you've been running makes no difference when it comes to what kind of storylines you get. SL agents draw from a pool that has all their agents' faction's SL missions in it. For me, it's consistently been 20% Materials for War Prep, rest Everything Else.

Edit: Including Shipyard Theft.
