ok, just wanted to check i have this right.

lets say i ninja loot, get aggression timer towards a player, he shoots me, i shoot him, IF i use an alt to repair ME the alt will get aggression from the other player too, right?

now how about i'm in a corp thats at war, I find a war target and start shooting him. It looks like things arent gonna go my way and i manage to warp my out-of-corp alt to me and start repairing... is the out-of-corp alt safe to do his thing without fear of (non suicide) revenge?

As soon as your neutral alt reps you, he will get your agression list

So yes, your neutral alt will go red to whoever you are red to.

even if the combat is between two corps that are at war with each other?

Yes

There is no way of having someone help you, without that person/alt going red to your target

Not entirely true, you can kill corpmates with neutral RR and they won't go red to the corpmate you're killing.

Your out of corp neutral alt will get aggression if he reps you.

Remember kids, Abstinence is the best RR protection.

don't do it and you won't lose it.

(This also applies to a few other things just substitue RR with random body part and or idiotic things people do.)
In the grand scheme of things... You're all pubbies. So HTFU. "It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses." - Elwood Blues

Your alt will go red, but remember he can also dock up/jump through a gate instantly if fired at. So he's pretty much invulnerable, plus if he's fired at and he has the skills to fly a pvp ship he can now undock in that and you have two pvp ships versus your enemies one.

It's a stupid gameplay mechanic imho, RR should adopt the no-dock timer of the target it is repping, but that's CCP for you. Encouraging neutral RR = more people with multiple accounts I guess :P

It's usually a terribad idea to shoot the RR ship since they'll either up ship or warp out and return after their shd are repped a bit. The T2 Logis have pretty solid tanks and along with speed/sig, they can often ignore the dps. They're probably orbitting @60km or so anyway.

OP, train that alt for T2 Logi duty and until then, Logi/Neut Domi is LOLtastic.
