You are not allowed to share your account. If you are caught, your account will be banned.

If you are asking "will CCP look at the IP addresses used and put two and two together?" Then the answer is no. If you share your account information with your brother, they will probably not notice.

However, if they do notice, you will be banned.

More importantly though, your account, as a Malaysian account, connects to the global "Tranquility" server. Your brothers, as a Chinese account, probably connects to the segregated Chinese "Serenity" server.

Asking him to connect to the Tranquility server may be in breach of Chinese law.

This. Your brother can't connect legally to the TQ server

This is not true. Technically account sharing is not allowed but CCP doesn't care much as long as it doesn't cause them problems. Any petition against the account in question may get you a ban though. Let's say your brother goes bonkers and decides to change the password for the account. In that case you are out of luck. They wont help you and may even ban the account in question. Same if you allow cunning individuals to gain access to your account by installing shady software on your Zomput0r.

Basically with account sharing you wave your right to file a petition away. Be warned that if you feel fine with that right now does not mean you will feel the same in two years.
