Goons, please stop defending the Mittani. His apology is a step in the right direction. If he resigns, then he's truly proving that he's a man and will have my respect. Maybe he can stand for CSM next year.

So this sort of behavior is ok if you:
1) Apologizes
2) The person doesn't kill them selves
3) You are a member of the CSM

So where do we draw the line? You can do this as long as you apologize before the person dies? Do you have to be a member of the CSM, or is a CEO of a major corp good enough?

He acted in real life and brought bad press to CCP just before DUST 514 launches, it's bad for business and it's bad for the game.



Actually, the shitposters and whomever sent this info the press garnered the bad press. No one would have really cared about The Mittani's tasteless joke in a drunk panel about in-game alliance antics that's just for fun/*****/giggles/whatnot.

There is a line, and those continuing this harassment of The Mittani and The Wis are not only crossing it, but trying to erase the line from existence and painting a new line that says drunk and tasteless jokes should lead to repercussions.

you sir have decided to take this game way to seriousily that is your problem not the rest of us who play for fun and dont need to be told to pussy foot around other people beacuse they may or may not be feeling depressed.

Also where did you get teh impression that CCP is encouraging people to kill themselves - i mean really - you need to chill out and leave your house(mums basement) for a few hours - maybe get some fresh air - look at the plants

He's not going to take his own life. He's just trying to garner attention because he feels lost without it. Some people also go to the gaming world in order to escape the real world where they have problems (mentally, physically, whatever).
In these days, its more acceptable than driving yourself into drugs, and its enhanced in people with obsessive personality.

You are in an MMO, not in a colledge fap house with only bad-ass motherf-knows-it-all boys acting out. There are more than one type of people playing this game.

i for one agree that this harasment of the great mittani has gone to far - soon he will surely be driven to self harm and alchol abuse - i will shortly be starting up a charity where all these softskinned liberal tards(titan owners) can donate rl money to buy the mittani a better life
