Fails for me too. Bug report it.

Edit: Just got it to work using the terminal command method.

Run the terminal and enter in:

/Applications/EVE\ Singularity.app/Contents/MacOS/EVE\ Online /server:87.237.38.50

This assumes your sisi client is named EVE Singularity.

First off I am sorry for not updating the wiki entries sooner.
This wiki page should now be up to date and the instructions there are working for me, if they need to be clarified then please post here or poke me on EVE Gate.

The above method only works if you already have a client that is up to date with what is running on Sisi.

edit: I also updated this section of the wiki just now, feedback welcome!

It's been a month since I've been able to get on sisi, I hope this works.

It seems the --args option was introduced with OSX 10.6. Is there a command line for 10.5.8?

My terminal just says
"open: unrecognized option `--arg' " plus list of options

I haven't been able to find an equivalent option for 10.5.8. Please help.

I am also having problems connecting to the right server, as although I have change the name of the second created folder from EVE Online to EVE Singularity (the one that contains the p_drive) for the EVE Online Singularity.app, which did worked OK, though now for some weird reason it wont recognize it.?

I put the EVE Online folder in a different destination so as to force the Singularity client to access the EVE Singularity folder, though it just re-creates another EVE Online folder, so now the only way to connect to the Singularity server is to leave the folder name as ´EVE Online´ and to just change the config file so as to make it connect to the test server, which obviously has to be reversed when I want to connect to the TQ Server.

To be honest this is a pain in the ass, why does it now not recognize the folder named EVE Singularity when it did before..???

My above process worked for a short time, though now there's another problem, which is stopping me connecting to the test server, I can get a far as the login page, though my problem is that a new patch/update has tried to install the old way and not through the new launcher.

So when it reboots the client to update those processes, the client doesn't restart nothing happens?

I click on the client to open again, which it does taking me to the login window where it once again recognizes that it's downloaded this patch and tries to restart the client again..!! Any ideas...????
