Lost Society is a young and growing PVP Corporation that was formed from three industrial based corporations that were based out of Empire space. We all had the desire to go to Null space one day. So we decided to join forces and shed our Empire Care-bear ways. And that we did, with a do or die attitude. We eventually found a home in Pure Blind with the alliance Get Off My Lawn.

We are a mature, adult [average age 30], social Corporation that likes to do most aspects of EVE. But when it's time to mount up and fight, we do it and do it to the utmost best of our ability. Whether it is doing large scale Coalition Ops/SOV Warfare, Alliance Strategic Ops/Home defense, Corporation Roams and or Industrial defense, and anything in between, we do it.

Some of you may look at our killboard and say “you guys are not that good/great at PVP, too many losses”, well yea. But, we are here to learn and have fun, this isn't the Corp where you'll get booted if you make a mistake an die so that you won't make our kill board stats go down. We are new to Null, but we keep trying and trying, we learn quick and are always working to better ourselves and our Corporation. We are a mix of some new pilots and experienced ones, but we all learn together.

What we are looking for in a PVP pilot:
- North American and European time zone pilots are the priority [the bulk of Alliance run Ops are in this NA time zone, with our EU time zone starting to ramp up]
- Must have a minimum of 5 million skill points, with at least 80% [4 million] in combat related skills.
- Must work towards being able to fly Alliance Doctrine fitted ship types [i.e. for Alpha, LRBC, Pestilence etc... fleet types].
- Must relocate to our home in Pure Blind, this is our base of operations and where we deploy from for any Op.
- Must register to the Alliance forums, Mumble voice chat server, and Jabber. Also you will need to setup on our Coalition allies Voice servers and Jabbers.
- You will need to provide a FULL API [no exceptions], and have a chat with one of our Recruiters and or Directors.

What Lost Society can provide for its PVP Pilots:
- Lots of opportunities for PVP. there’s pick up roams, scheduled roams, Strategic OPs, POS bashing, Gate Camping, Blobs/SOV Warfare, Alliance home defense, Industrial defense duty, and the list goes on. [We deployed to the Vale of Silent 2 weeks after we joined the alliance, to fight with the alliance and CFC there and it was an incredible amount of fun. We are currently fighting in the Tenal region with them again]
- Any other endeavor that you may like to do during down time.......umm, yea right, down time, lmao.
- A full up Corporation Office at an Alliance Outpost. With full Clone/Jump Clone facilities, Insurance office, and full repair facility.
- A ship reimbursement program is run by the alliance for all sanctioned OPs [i.e. any OP that the alliance has deemed official for reimbursement and almost all of them are sanctioned ] and a Corporation one for Corporation level only OPs.
- A ship program that can get you into the fight right away when war is called. We keep a stock of Alliance doctrine fitted ships for war time and they are available to our Corporation members to use, so you don’t have to worry about keeping a stock of ships handy.
- We have a Logistic service that can move you to Pure Blind, the first trip is on us. If more than one trip is needed, we ask for a small fee for the fuel to run our Jump Freighter and or Carrier to help move you. Though please allow 24-48 hours to get things moved.

So this is who we are in a nutshell.

Hey, you guys sound pretty cool. I talked to one of your newer members in pub chat last night. I applied to join and sent you my API key.

As for me, I'm a 34M SP "generalist" - I can fly a lot of different ships. I started out in industry and I can still mine/haul very well (hulk / freighter / orca). I'm currently a director of a dead corp in lowsec (a 0.1 system in Black Rise). I'm familiar with PvP, but not great at it. I can fly a good number of PvP ships: assault frigates, BCs, point/target painting ships, Broadsword, Sabre, stealth bomber, battleships.

My favorite kill was with a battle-fit Orca. I put neuts on it for a bait run through lowsec. A Dramiel flew up to me and to his surprise I neuted him and launched drones while my corpmates jumped through the gate. Drones tore him up while he sat there with no power.

I've flown quite a few bait ships - even used my Fenrir (freighter) as bait once to get a command ship and his buddies to commit. I've had a lot of fun in EVE.

Right now, I'm just hanging out between lowsec and high sec, looking for something to do. Since our corp is all but dead, I don't have the support to do much in lowsec, and high sec is pretty boring atm. I've only visited nullsec, never lived there. Died there a lot, though.
