Just a warning to POS operators everywhere

Don't let your fuel run out. Ever.

Fuel ran out on my POS and 30 minutes later someone comes and pops all of the silos and the corp hangar in 10 minutes. 10 minutes after that, I log on to 24 POS fuel mails and a single "Your Starbase is under attack" mail.

c'est la vie, I guess. Only several hundred million ISK, but damn tonight is gonna suck.

Yeah, it happens, usually when that one someone is passing through looking for just that situation. At least it wasn't something super expensive like a carrier or two.

What makes it even worse is that now my POS is bugged. The moon harvester that was popped never "released" the silicates that it was mining, so now the replacement keeps resetting everytime I set it to mine silicates. Fix your POSes, CCP!

Well, if it's of any consolation, I think that I heard they're looking to revamp how the whole POS deal is working in upcoming expansions. So there's that.

Ironically they did mention that it was planned in the next year or two. But hey, at least their thinking about it.
