IDK if its 7 or 11 heroes with super powers, one got invis one got super strenght when he gets angry, he drinks potions.

The bad guys get a sample of each of theses blood and create humans with same abilities

It plays out in 1900, 2000 idk the date but its probobly made 2000+ i think. They are commanded by a leader and they have their base on a huge

Sounds like League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. You've got Dorian Gray, Dr. Jekyll, The Invisible Man, and other such Victorian-era sci-fi characters. And the ship? I'm thinking that was Nemo's Nautilus. Not sure, i haven't seen the movie Lol
