I smell fear...and desparation to try to get this to go away,

If it is true...and I don't know I haven't seen it...then the Mittani is gone. Not just from CSM but the game.

The goons aren't smart enough to even understand the concept or fear. hence..."goons"


I would also like you to point out which part of the EULA was broken by this 'misconduct' that would warrant a ban from game.

RL Criminal conduct that badly reflects on CCP I'm sure is part of the EULA...even if not written that way. RL criminal conduct trumps many things.

I don't think you understand...the Mittani could even be going to JAIL if the guy does kill himself. Hard to play from prison with Bubba wanting all your attention.
