I uninstalled and reinstalled the client manually. Ran the exe file in bin and I got the old login screen without patch pop-up. Ran the new repair tool and I got an error that ended with this:

[Errno 10061] No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it

I got a similar problem.

Played last night!

On my PC launcher started fine and said that tranquility server was online with 23.000+ players.

When I punched in my user and pass it said something about no internet connection.

Tried Ping and everything was fine.

Tried to use repair tool and now I just get a bunch of wierd code in the launcher window.

Tried to boot up my Macbook pro and that didnt work either! The laucher was just filled with code.

On my XP PC a line in the code says:

"error: [Errno 10061] Der kunne ikke oprettes forbindelse, fordi destinationscomputeren aktivt nægtede det

On my mac, a line in the code says:

"error: [Errno 61] Connection refused"

Tjecked with http://eve-offline.net/ and it says all servers are up.

What's going on?

UPDATE!

Tried to tjeck mail and noticed I've lost connection to all but one mail server.

Restarted my Router and everything was fine, including Eve.

How on earth can I surf the net and ping Eve's server without any trouble and not connect to Eve Online and tjeck my mails?

Anyways... Eve is running fine now, but a bit curious to what the problem might have been.
