mhh since he is mainly a full blown miner, i suspect around 7-8b. Problem is that u can get similar toons for much lesser SP, so u might want consider adding some value. Either improve on science/indy/trade or add basic T3 capabilities, this can all add 3-5b more value in a relative short timeframe.
