Online POS modules after reinforced mode

Once POS goes out of reinforced mode, can you online modules such as corp hangar, lab, etc so you can get the items inside them out before the war target destroy the POS? That even goes without repair the POS.

You can only online stuff that doesn't use CPU, like Ship Maintenance Arrays and turrets. Turrets can also be anchored.

The shield will recharge slowly once reinforcement ends, assuming the tower isn't destroyed. The shield and modules can be repped. To online incapacitated modules, you have to rep all their armor and structure, but not their shield.

The fuel bays are not accessible when the shield is below 50%. At 50% you can also online everything that uses CPU again.
