On the contrary, I think the high-sec 'PVP' noobs are the whiners in this instance, not the carebears. While I don't believe in 100% safe space, I believe even less in risk free cheap killing of ships. Even moreso than that indeed, the point of this thread is to suggest that while people are whining about the death of high-sec risk free PVP.... it still has potential to exist.

You can always ******* shoot someone anytime / anywhere so long as they are not docked and not logged, so who gives a **** if Lady Spank belives CCP is making it easier for carebears since CCP has MADE IT EASIER FOR EVERYONE in the past months.

I am all for leaving EVE as harsh as it is supposed to be (like it was before Twisted), lets bring back Titan gun tracking and Super Carriers cause null pilots whined about it. Lets leave avoidance mechanics and logoffski as they were before the whining. Bring back insurance for ganks. Bring back extended agression mechanics by shooting a wrecks with a web. Everyone whined to fixe these things BECAUSE THEY ARE HUMANS WITH SELF ENTITLEMENT ISSUES. ****, I want to hear the whining from both sides of things that Lady Spank belives CCP did in favor of carebears, because CCP has done things for the whinebears in null and lulsec as well. I want to hear the whine of everything that is unfair, because BOTH SIDES have whined and its soooo arousing.



You have smoked yourself ********. While I am not in favor of the Titan tracking change, the reason they are being implemented into the game is because too few of them are dying. The suspect flag is here to change the current formula, which is "grief ship kills bear ship" to "greif ship kills bear ship, random ship tried to kill grief ship, friend ship helps grief ship, OMGWTF HALF THE ******* UNDOCK IS SHOOTING EACH OTHER". This proposed change is aimed at introducing more risk and more chaos into the high sec system, that is good news.

Can usually be done in 2 minutes with a couple of grav caps on a larger ship - but a stealth ECCM pimped or T3 is a bit of a challenge - ECCM "unprobe-able" was nerfed some time ago.


Be interesting to scan out GCCed ships and blast them.

Can't dock/jump for 60 seconds after shooting, 15 min suspect flag will not go away for docking or jumping ... as I understand it

No big deal: Fly to can, align to station (in case you have a mate/alt near station just warp to her/him), hit warp/dock and take the item back at the same time. Carebear baiting only works on dumbass.
