I don't understand caps For escalations... got it np. but PvP confuses me. Seems 99% of pvp with caps goes one of two ways. 1. you get called an ******* for blobing with a cap. and the enemy fleet fucks off. 2. the enemy fleet comes comes in ejaculating and 3 handing their cocks...
