what happened to Covert Ops Cloak and Stealth Bomber? did CCP change something in context of recloaking delay???? I remember travelling in a bomber was a lot easier, after gate jump you could basically insta recloak and warp off. Now you gotta wait 5-6 seconds until cloak cooldown ticks off... Is it just me...
