The only oracle question that matters, see here. Will the lasers charge up from the bottom and down from the top of the hull every shot? Or perhaps after every shot? Cap stable Cheetah not Cap Stable I have a ship that is SUPPOSED to be Cap Stable, but is definitely runs out of cap after a period of time I have not precisely measured.
