Where do Reactive Armor Hardener Blueprints come from? I'd like to produce this item. But I can only find blueprint copies in contracts. Item information suggests there are BPOs.

Hey ccp! just a small thhought, why do we have keybinds for all the drones to engage targets but not for mining drones? the mining drones allready respond to Shift+R for returning to bay. why not make a keybind for them to engage repeatedly? like Shift+M....
