You can still earn 200+ mil an hour doing faction warfare With a tier 3 war zone control, you can earn about 25k isk defensive plexing a major with high vulnerability. Why not make it so that you gain a small amount of lp from plexing, say 1k lp for solo capping a minor, but if you kill a WT ship in a plex or on grid with a plex gate you get LP based off the ship type.
