Factional Warfare Application When you apply for FW, you recieve a notification and part of it says " Fighting may begin within 24 hours." best way to counter a kiting sentry ishtar in small gangs? sentry ishtar drops drones, starts kiting at a 100km or so. Drones hit HARD, ishtar moves very fast for a cruiser-class vessel.
