checking how much a char like that would be worth.

74m sp.
Can fly all t2 cruisers

12m sp in gunnery, all projectile at lvl5
11m sp in missile, heavy missil spec 5, cruise missile lvl5, 11 skills at lvl 5 in total in missiles
20m sp in spaceship command, everything minmatar and caldari at 5 (cept capitals and industry) can fly all t2 cruiser and frig


pretty solid char.

Link a skillsheet for more accurate estimations but given the sp and if you dont have any industry trained i would give a rough estimate of a little over 20b
