[Proposal] fixing Faction warfare recruiting

So Whilst I was looking to help a friend who was trying to get involved in faction warfare I came across a problem:

When you do a search with the "faction warfare" tag selected in the recruitment search it returns a whole slew of results, and very few of them actually have anything to do with actual faction warfare I propose that the "faction warfare" tag can only be used in corps that are actually a part of FW.
