Another skill set to complement a personal fleet: which way?

I'm a multi-boxer at heart.
I started in an industry/mining fleet ops, and now moving to other areas.
I have alts in an orca mobile base, tengu and soon proteus.

I'm soon to have one of my alts finish his perfect hulk training, and I wonder what to get him into next. I'm considering a field or fleet command, or maybe start him as a stealth bomber. Not sure what will be a good direction to get him to accommodate my fleet.

I'm doing L4 small ops, exploration, sometimes low sec plex runs, small wh runs if i find an empty wh to do a quick in and out.

So what next for my alt on the agenda?

Cheers.

Too many possibilities.

Here's one though:
* Train an alt for a passive tanked Rattlesnake for missions, so you don't have to worry about targeting (set the drones to guard or assist the primary character). An Orca / Rorqual pilot works well, as they probably only have drone skills to begin with. This can lead to a carrier (again, no need for missile nor turret skills).

Example: Me and my shadow. My shadow follows me around and makes my life easier. Example: trade, hauling, boosting, salvaging, code breaking, archaeology, etc.

Of course my "Hulk-only" character (not my shadow) is also a Charon pilot because I need a lot hauled, and a Tengu pilot because I needed more DPS on C5 & C6 Sleepers, and a Onyx HIC pilot because I wanted it to be useful in PvP and it already had cruiser 5, and is working on Logistics 5 for a Basilisk because one can never have too many Logistics pilots.

Hmm I didn't think of a rattlesnake. That is a good idea.
