I have been pondering this idea in my head for a day or two now, and figure what the heck. I'll make a forum and see if it happens or not. So here it goes.
Why not have skill book mailed to your specific used station. Say in null sec. Instead of having to jump clone to hi sec for it every once in a while, just order it through a electronic order at that station and in 1-3 day (IRL) it shows up at your door step (warehouse).? Maybe just like IRL there could be a rush on it or something that can get you to pay more if you needed faster, but all in all I think this idea could help get thing motivated for people who dwell in null sec and dread the trek in hi sec.
I hope this forum gets out there and I hope this works out for everyone.

What you've described is called Jumpfreighter Service.

Eve is player driven.

If your price is right I'll bring anything to 0.0 just as hordes of other players.

But considering the price it might indeed be more useful to make that clonejump to high-sec once in a while.
