Automatically and permanently ignore unwanted signatures for custom filters?

I'm still making sure that this is actually what is happening, but I've found a problem with custom filters in exploration which could be solved with a really simple fix, when scanning down for wormholes I have noticed that if you come across an unwanted signatures like a ladar site, the filter doesn't permanently ignore it after you confirm that it is actually a ladar site and not an unknown.

What I propose is having it so that the filter gets rid of the filtered signature permanently when you increase the scan range again so that filters actually do what they're supposed to and you don't have to tediously double check your signatures every time you want to find something specific.

It's tricky finding out properly whether it's happening or not now I look more carefully because of the scanning errors but there is something going on with these filters.
