I wanted to create a "perfect miner" and feel like I did.

I don't want this toon to scan, fight, ect.

Thought about getting into manufacturing but know very little about it. Any advice on where to take it would be appreciated.

Industry isn't hard for the simple stuff. The best place to start is always ammo. It has high volumes, low entry cost, and its simple to make. Be careful about ships, and know your cost of production before you start. BS especially, as they have extremely narrow margins in most places.

Once you know what it costs to make, and what you can sell it for, pick a margin you can live with and go to town.

When your comfortable with it, branch out into other items.

hi, I also recently got into manufacturing. and finding the costs was a pretty hard thing to do at first. I found an excel spread sheet that helped me a lot.

What I did though is make a plan what I wanted to manufacture. find resonable priced BPC's on the market. buy the minerals at buy prices. I was able to make 15% on some cruisers I was building at sell orders. all in jita.

I also made a loss of 1% on 1 specific cruiser I though I was making 10% on. I forgot to check the movement in prices in the past, It may be something to look out for.

Also if you want to produce ammo. you may also want to look up some mission hubs were people want ammo. You can generally sell it for more then you can somewere else.

Best regards,
