HI there.

OK well,

This has been annoying me for a very very long time i absolutely dislike it, it drives me crazy when im iretated!

Firstly:

Could you please put another Camera option in?
I personally dislike the Drunken Crew Camera "the camera moves around all the time its not fixed"

Could we please have an option for a fixed camera mode? I would appreciate it a lot and so would other players <3

Secondly:

Armor Hardners

This is slightly annoying in some way, lol the sound it sometimes gets a bit too much at some point i have seen a lot of players complain about the Armor Hardner sounds, Could we please have an alternative that doesnt have repeating loud chimes? maybe make it more flowy? or have an option to turn it off.

I don't mean to sound like a naggy player, It would be great if the cameras are fixed + be able to turn off the Armor Hardner sounds it can get on ones nerves and causes you to turn off sound lol.

Anyone with me on this please?

It wont be a lot of hard work to do this im sure. I hope.

Thanks!!

PS : No Offence meant to their creators. The Design team and Creators are all awesome <3 ty

His point was that many many (if not most) people play with the sound off; be it because they're on VoIP or listening to stuff OOG or any other reason.

And, IIRC, the camera is fixed unless you move it. I'm not in-game ATM, but I don't remember the camera moving around at all unless the player moves it. But it's beneficial to move the view around to see stuff, so everyone always moves it around to where it's needed. What exactly is the 'issue' you're experiencing? Maybe you just don't know about a better way to do it.

No, i Did not mean "Lock" The camera,

look at your game when your window is open ok? see how the camera looks like its floating around? like you are drunk? thats why its called a "Drunken Crew Camera" i meant stabilize the camera so it stops look like i am drunk. lol.

I hope you understand now?

And also yes i figured thats what he meant, but still it would be nice if they did the sound like i suggested.
Doesn't mean that quarter of the players in EVE play without sound that the people with sound should not benefit from Improvement/Fixes. No aggression, rudeness or anything like that intended just a friendly say. ;)

That's not a reason against improving the game's soundscape. Some people who use VoIP have the game sounds and music up as well (I for one). They shouldn't be left out in the cold just because some players of the game choose not to use a significant part of the immersion process.

I'm really not sure what you mean by the drunken camera. Are you referring to the camera shaking when you warp and when missiles hit? Because you can turn that off, you know.

Enjoying the rain today? ;)

Open esc-menu, go to video options, uncheck "camera shake".

Done.

No no, Not missiles, not warp, not Camera Shake

do this,

stand still in space in your ship.

dont move the camera remain still,

Notice how the camera moves, Its not that hard to understand what i mean lol

If you stare at an object, notice how the camera slowly but surely moves left, right, up, down, come on try it, and see what i mean.

If this topic fails, (which clearly does) ill send a ccp a message they will know exactly what i mean and might be able to explain it.

Does it really bother you that much? I think if people are misunderstand you it's because they don't even notice what you're talking about.

Keep playing. You'll forget about it eventually.

Fair that,
But there are a lot other people ingame who knows exactly what i am talking about, Odd isn't it?
But just cause you cant see it and a couple other people cant doesnt mean we should live with it cause you can.
Maybe we are just really observant lol
I'll send this one in personally!

Thanks for comments

Some said it didn't really bother them, others said it did, everyone has their own opinion, and all opinions should be heard.
And i did File a Petition, Not so surprised but the CCP knew exactly what i was refering to and i now have a better way to explain it to those who do not really understand,

Also the Sound with the Armor Hardners, i have heard a lot of people say it bothers them/annoys them.

I think the camera does this because the drone it's mounted on has to keep adjusting its position to keep still relative to your ship. Solar winds/other stuff bump it, it has to fire thrusters to compensate, which starts it moving one way, so it fires again to compensate for that...etc.
Also your ship is unlikely to be sitting completely still either.
