Been doing a ton of level 3 missions out of Korama - Minmatar's Republic Security Services (8+ standing). Once my 16th mission is done, I get mail from a storyline agent (Eusgar Atbrold) in the system next door. She's a level 1 security agent... and the last three storyline's in a row she's given me a distribution mission with the shittiest reward ever - ~230,000 isk and no implant for hauling 4500m3 1 system away. I get 0.1 ish standing increase.

Is this normal, or a bug?

Storyline agents don't have a specific level, they basically offer storyline missions for all agent levels.

As for the mission offers, agents aren't supposed to offer the same mission twice in a row. However, I wouldn't be surprised if they are a little bit buggy due to all the various patches.


EDIT: Training up Social and Negotiation skills will help increase the amount of standing gained for completing missions.

God only knows anymore. Lots of new, recent missioning changes.

Found out through a petition: when I got to 28 missions with Ammatar Fleet and had not gotten a single storyline yet...accepting ANY new agent within any corp in a faction will reset the storyline counter to ZERO.

Etc.

Good luck figuring out all the new rules behind missions.

Game desperately needs a manual. Lol

That doesnt seem to aply everywhere to all the factions, i run lv4 sec missions for 3 different corps, lv3 sec missions for another corp and lvl 4 distribution missions for another 2 corps and always get a storyline after each 16th mission, from wich agent seems to depend on for whom i finished the last mission.

However if i ran more lvl3's than 4's the storyline rewards usually mirrors that, never had any kind of counter reset on me.
