Lvl2 Mission got my ar$e handed to me :)

as above took on a lvl2 mission in my caracal mission was "deep drift" in a 0.5 sector.........within 3 minutes my ar$e was handed to me on a plate. several repairs later and 1 lost ship my ar$e is still on the plate. :)
What have i learned from this........Always expect the unexpected, just because it's a lvl2 mission does not mean it's easy lol

oh in case your curious if i done it....i must confess i rage quit it and have left it.

I did this mission several times in a frigate. Just fit an AB and appropriate hardeners, and it's easy. Proper preparation is all you need for missions.

You might be basing that mostly on warping out and coming back? Then yes - lots of DPS. If you go where you are supposed to at first jump in, DPS won't be that high.

Aaaaanyway, read the instructions carefully and don't hesitate to use the splendid eve-survival source for your missioning. You are simply not meant to fight in this particular mission.

oh did read the instruction's warp in recuse run like hell, as soon as you approach the ship it destructs queue rescue the peeps also queue the rats and they are all over you like flies round a pile of poop.

I like this mission. Approach the ship, leave the guys in their can, pop the webber drone, run at distance and kite the lot. Not much damage incoming, if you do not mess up the triggers. Pop them and get >1.1m bounty for a lvl2 in a few minutes. Then rescue the crew and you're finished.
