The Pitch

EVEPortraits.com currently has 3 places available for corporation and alliance logo advertisement along with a caption on the website home page, at a cost of 200 million isk (approx. 6.5 mil a day) for each logo and caption per month. The logo size will be 150 x 150 pixels, with a click on it going to either a 512 x 512 image of the logo, or to a corporation/alliance website URL.

About EVE Portraits

EVE Portraits exhibits character portraits which players have submitted for free to be on display in the Gallery. In addition, EVE Portraits hosts a portrait contest which has seen two rounds thus far, with a third currently in the offing. Winning portraits are awarded faction battleships, cruisers and frigates. The 1st round finished with 48 entries, the 2nd round saw 75 entries.

EVE Portraits was founded by Dark Star MegaCorp™ in YC 113, a joint Amarrian-Caldari megacorporation, along with the well-known Quafe Company. Dark Star is the largest distributor of commodities in New Eden, with its best-selling corporate divisions Dark Matter Commodities and Dark Energy Products.

Website Stats

The gallery, contest and website in general are showing to be highly popular among capsuleers, with almost 35,000 unique hits since Nov. 3, 2011. From Jan. 1 to Feb. 11, 2012 there have been 314 average daily hits, with a current total of 13,238 for the year to date. Aggressive advertising of the website and contest is achieved by local spam in Jita and other trade hubs. The result of this advertising is seen in the high number of unique hits and increasing number of gallery and contest entries.

As you see in the example, all 3 corporate/alliance logos and captions will be displayed directly underneath "Sponsored by Quafe" on the home page.
