Excellent WH. Now devoid of occupants.
Great money spinner as you hit the static C1, farm sleepers and rinse/repeat.

Practical PI (Only missing robotics on POS fuels)

There is a dead tower at P6 which is perfect as it only has 1 moon and is way out (99AU) from center system.

Wolf-Rayet effects mean great for those favoring armor but not enough shield depletion effects not to handle C2 sleepers.
