A thought on skill regret

So there's this "Skills you regret training" thread going on over in the skills discussion area.
https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=53769

And I thought - "I'm sure a lot of people would like to refund those skills if they could, but ccp would never allow that."
So here's my thought on a system that may work.

Once every X hours (24? 48?) a player may "forget" one skill and regain a portion of that skill's SP based on the level of the skill. I suggest a decay rate on the SP recovery, such as 50/40/30/20% SP regained for level 1/2/3/4 skill.

Skills trained to 5 may not be forgotten. Skills that are prerequisites may not be forgotten if the player has dependent skills trained.

These two rules make it possible for a player to forget something silly like "mining 2" while not allowing the system to be exploited for free SP.

Thanks for your consideration,

I'd just like skills I was given when I made this char, taken out. I don't even want, or think I should expect the SP back. Cool

Destination SkillQueue:- It's like assuming the Lions will ignore you in the Savannah, if you're small, fat and look helpless.
