Doesn't skill extractors do the same thing? Not exactly the same but it accomplishes a similar goal.

A 12 month wait on a remap seems a little excessive in my opinion.. Plus after 50 million skill points 850m isk is a lot for 300,000 skill points even more so when you hit 80million.

CCP used to offer remaps as a Christmas present option. (Or anniversary?)
It would be nice to see that re-instated.
