Siphon Units, Any one have any clue if you will still be able to use these after the new patch, and if not, what will happen to the blueprints, i have spent time and money on?

interesting thought, im not quite sure what they will do with them, but ive always saw them as guerilla warfare to stomp your enemies economic power.

Assuming refineries will pull asteroids weekly maybe you could steal something from them if they have something. Would need more info on refinery mechanics to see what exactly u can do with them.

The issue with Citadels (refineries or whatever) and these units is that they are used in a somewhat different manner.

With POSes where are so many modules one could conceivably miss a siphon, Add that to the fact that they are very hands off so people may not visit very often even if spotted you could still get a several weeks of resources.

If you could use a Siphon to steal minerals from the rock chunk as its drawn up or some such then why not just steal your own minerals and not bother mining. If it only steals when people are actually mining then there is a huge chance it will get spotted by the miners.
